Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund at the purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Opened or used products may be eligible for store credit on a case-by-case basis.

How to Initiate a Return:

• 1. Contact Us: Use the Digital Help Desk within your account to reach our customer support team. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• 2. Receive a Return Authorization: Follow the return instructions provided, including the shipping address and any applicable return shipping labels.
• 3. Ship the Product: Securely package the item and return it using the provided instructions. Share the tracking number with our support team.

Return Shipping Fees

• For U.S. Customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to company error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
• For Canadian Customers, a flat return fee of $15 CAD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• Contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Unauthorized Return Policy

• Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. To ensure proper handling, always contact us via the Digital Help Desk for return authorization.

Buyer's Right to Cancel

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 3 business days of the transaction date, as outlined by consumer protection laws. For more details or to initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team.

Exchanges

• Glow Getter does not accept product exchanges.

Credit Card Chargebacks

• Accounts with unresolved chargebacks will be suspended until the full amount, including any fees, is repaid.

Commissions & Returns

• Commissions earned will be adjusted to reflect product returns.
